For 4 servings, gather:

  • 500g Fresh Fritz Pasta, your personal favourite
  • 500g Chef-crafted Fritz Formaggio Sauce
  • 200g Diced Chicken Breast
  • 50g Diced Bacon
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach
  • ½ cup Garden Peas

Begin by preparing the pasta as described in our earlier instructions and thawing your sauce.



In a generous pan, sizzle up your diced chicken and bacon with a drizzle of olive oil.

Introduce a splash of pasta water and the creamy sauce, allowing them to meld into a gentle simmer.


Now, infuse the ensemble with the vibrance of spinach and the sweetness of frozen garden peas. Toss this with your perfectly cooked pasta.

🍴 Christmas Recipe Idea: Festive Pasta Salad Need a quick and crowd-pleasing recipe for your Christmas table? Try our Festive Pasta Salad ! It’s easy to make and packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Here’s a simple recipe: Ingredients : 500g of your favourite pasta (we recommend our fresh Fusilli or Macaroni) Cherry tomatoes, halved Cucumbers, diced Red onion, finely chopped Fresh herbs (parsley, basil) A handful of roasted nuts (pine nuts or walnuts) A drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Instructions : Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then cool under running water. In a large bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and herbs. Toss with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Top with roasted nuts and serve chilled. Alternately here a creamy dressing : For the Creamy Dressing: ½ cup mayonnaise ¼ cup Greek yogurt 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp lemon juice Salt and pepper to taste Perfect for your Christmas picnic or as a side dish to your festive mains.
